基于VTK的肝脏组织三维可视化体绘制
Volume Rendering of 3D Visualization of Liver Tissues Based on Visualization Toolkit
【摘要】 医学体数据可视化在临床上已成为辅助诊断和辅助治疗的重要手段,其技术也成为近年来研究和应用的热点。其中讨论了体绘制算法中最常用的光线投射法,并利用Visualization Tool Kit(VTK),一个包含了多种体绘制技术的基于面向对象方法设计的、功能强大的可视化类库,来实现断层医学图像的三维重建,重建效果表明基于VTK的体绘制技术具有应用灵活、重建效果逼真、重建速度较快等优点。
【Abstract】 Visualization for medical volumetric data has been an important method to aided diagnosis and treat.Nowadays its techniques embrace a wide field of research and application.This paper discusses ray casting,the most popular technique of volume rendering,and applies Visualization Toolkit(VTK),a powerful object-oriented designed class library for visualization with multiple rendering techniques,to implement 3-D reconstruction for medical images.Reconstruction effects prove this method is easy to get satisfied results with good quality in short time.
