多焦视网膜电图非线性成分的提取
Extraction of Nonlinear Components from Multifocal Electroretinogram
【摘要】 研究关于多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)检测,可以在相对较短的时间内连续记录测试多个局部视网膜电生理响应信号的波形,有着重要的临床应用价值,其中非线性成分在反映视网膜功能分析上有较强的潜力。通过mfERG的分离算法,对多焦电信号进行分离,得到局部的反应信号,并利用高阶的规律和提取规则,构建模型对视网膜局部电信号中的各阶非线性成分进行分离提取。通过仿真实验有效地得到了视网膜电图的局部信号及其中的非线性成分。算法简单快速,实践中易于实现。在所得结果基础上,可以分析一阶与二阶之间的相互关系,为以后研究高阶间的相互关系提供基础。
【Abstract】 The detection of mfERG could help to consecutively record and test the wave of a great deal of local retinal electro-response in comparatively short time,and is of great clinical application value.Especially in the analysis for reflecting retinal function,nonlinear components have a strong potential.The first purpose of this paper is to use the separation algorithm to separate the signals of mfERG for getting the local small signals.The other one is to extract nonlinear components by high-order rules and superposition of signals.The arithmetic is simple and fast,easy to achieve in practice.The local signals and nonlinear components are effectively got in the simulation.On this basis,the relation between the first and second order kernel can be analyzed to facilitate the investigation of the relationship between high orders.
