【Abstract】 This paper summed up a mode from the service contents of the subject librarians in universities at home and abroad,which was namely the model of the subject librarians’"Collection,Reference,Instruction—Outreach3 +1".The so-called " Collection" was namely collection construction;"Reference"was namely reference consulting;"Instruction"was namely education training;" Outreach" was namely the faculty contact.This paper expounded the significance of the four elements of the model and their mutual relationships,and put forward several opinions on how to implement the subject librarians’services in ordinary universities.更多还原
