论网络环境下新型图书馆馆员的角色定位
On Role of New Librarian under Network Environment
【摘要】 论述了在网络环境下图书馆在经历转型变革中,图书馆馆员应与时俱进,尽快实现从传统图书馆馆员向新型图书馆馆员的转换,并探讨了新型图书馆馆员的角色特点。
【Abstract】 It was elaborated that the librarians should keep pace with the times and should transform themselves into new librarians as soon as possible during the transformation and reform of library under the network environment.And the characteristics of the role of new librarians were discussed.
