【摘要】 文章以福州为例,探讨全球化时代地方文化的外宣翻译与传播。文章认为,当前的地方文化外宣翻译活动处于附庸地位,十分不利于现代化城市形象的树立。为此,要从传播的视角看待外语翻译,以传导城市形象为灵魂,建立完整体系,开展独立、系统、有组织的规划、监管和符合传播规律的文化外宣翻译活动。更多还原
