利用备件提高系统可靠性的研究
Using Spare Parts to Improve System Reliability
【摘要】 对系统可靠度的提高及其影响因素进行分析,在组成系统的每一个部件在一定寿命期内不损坏的概率都是一定的的条件下,利用对每一种部件都可以提供几个备用件,提高系统的可靠度.但每一种部件又都有一些如空间、重量、费用等方面的耗费.针对目标函数总的耗费不超过某一数值时,每种部件增加个数如何匹配,可使整个系统的可靠性最高,给出新的算法,该算法无论计算量或精确度,比已有的方法好,为冗余系统的可靠性研究提供了新的思路.
【Abstract】 This paper analysed the improvement of system reliability and the influencing factors.Under the condition that the probability of each component which constitutes the system does not damage in a certain life is identical,it utilizes each component can provide several spare parts to improve the reliability of system.However,each component has some consumption such as space,weight,cost and some other aspects.The new algorithm gave a method to match the increasing number of components to the highest reliability when the total consumption of objective function is limited within a certain value.This algorithm is better than the existing methods whether in computation or accuracy.It also provides new idea for the reliability study of redundant system.
