【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产术患者术前进行护理干预对焦虑和抑郁倾向的作用。方法:选择要求剖宫产的孕妇,术前1天及护理干预后实施手术前1h在自然无干扰的情况下自行填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),评定患者情绪。行剖宫产的产妇980例,年龄21～43岁,孕周36～41周,平均38周。结果:护理干预后剖宫产患者SDS、SAS较护理干预前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预后剖宫产术患者焦虑和抑郁心理倾向明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of pre-operative nursing intervention on the tendency of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing casarean section.Method The pregnanies were asked to fill out SAS,SDS in the natural conditions 1 day before operation and 1 h before operation after nursing intervention to assess the mood of the patients.The number of the pregnancy was 980,the age was 21 ～ 43 years,the gestational age was 36 ～ 41 weeks,the average was 38 weeks.Results SDS,SAS scores of the casarean section patients after nursing intervention were lower than those before nursing intervention,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion The tendency of anxiety and depression in casarean section patients after nursing intervention is improved significantly.更多还原
