高性能冰箱门封条用PVC粒料的制备

【摘要】 针对抗迁移性和硬度变化率,对冰箱门封条用PVC粒料配方进行了优化。试验确定的参考配方为:PVC 100份,TOTM 20份,ESO 2份,DOS 6份,钙锌复合稳定剂4份,重质碳酸钙44份,硬脂酸0.4份,石蜡0.3份,其他助剂适量。该PVC粒料各项性能均达标,且成本变化不大。

【Abstract】 According to migration resistance and changing rate of hardness,the formula of PVC granulars for refrigerator door sealer is optimized.The reference formula obtained by experiments is PVC 100,TOTM 20,ESO 2,DOS 6,Ca/Zn complex stabilizer 4,heavy calcium carbonate 44,stearic acid 0.4 and paraffin wax 0.3 parts,and some other additives.Each performance of this PVC granulars is appropriate to the standard with little changes in production cost.
