【摘要】 目前,基层管理人才的匮乏成为影响中小企业发展的瓶颈。而企业对人才的需求及毕业生就业难却形成明显反差,这说明目前管理类专业教学缺乏培养面向中小企业的、面向基层的、有实践能力的管理人才的针对性和有效性。因此,根据中小企业的基层管理人才的需求,改进教学手段和方法,强化实践教学,加强校企合作,对提高企业管理水平和促进毕业生就业具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,lack of talent of grass-roots management becomes a bottleneck that affect the development of Small and Mediumsized Enterprise(SME).The contrast between talent demand of enterprises and hardness of graduate employment canex plain the problems about teaching of man-agement specialty which is lack of pertinence and validity on cultivation of menagement specialty which is lack of grass-roots oriented and bearing practical ability.Therefore,it is significant for en-hancing the level of enterprise management and promonting graduate employment that reform means and method,strengthen practical teaching,consolidate cooperaiton between college and enterpaises,according to talent demand of grass-roots management of SME.更多还原
