Y-△降压起动电路的改进设计
Improved Design of Y-△ Reduced-voltage Starting Circuit
【摘要】 Y-△降压起动在大功率的笼型异步电动机起动控制广泛应用。常用的Y-△降压起动电路经常发生接触器主触点烧毛、熔焊的故障,影响电路工作的可靠性。本文在对常用Y-△降压起动电路进行分析的基础上,采用PLC进行了改进设计。
【Abstract】 Y-△ reduced-voltage starting is widely used in high power cage asynchronous motor.In the Y-△ reduced-voltage starting circuit,some defects are found in design of the main circuit.For example,the contactor main-contact is break down,melt is welded.These in fluence the reliability of the circuit.Based on analysis for the main circuit,improving method by PLC is put forward.
