【摘要】 目的观察甲流疫苗接种及护理对不良反应的影响。方法给自愿来我科接种的65岁以上的人群,接种甲型H1N1疫苗,详细记录注射后30min、12、24、48、72h内及1、2周内的各种不良反应。结果3例出现不良反应,不良反应率为4%。结论做好甲流疫苗接种护理工作,有助于减少疫苗注射不良反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the influence of the method how to inoculate inoculums of H1N1 and how to attend.Methods To inoculate the volunteers who are elderly than 65 years old,the inoculums of H1N1,and detailed record the diversified adverse reactions within inoculated 30 minutes、12、24、48、72hours、1 and 2weeks.Results The adverse reactions occurred with 3 volunteers,the propotion is 4%.Conclusion The appropriate method with the inoculating and attedences with inoculums of H5N1 can decline the adverse reactions occurring.更多还原
