【Abstract】 Coastal region has been economically the most dynamic part of the world, so the quality of ocean and atmosphere has become an important issue. Marine atmospheric observation platform would be consisted of land-stations, buoys, ship-board, sounding, satellite, airborne and mobile systems. Here, the structure and principles of the first mobile marine atmospheric environmental observatory is introduced. The detailed description of its application in marine atmosphere pollution monitoring, disasters and important public activities is attached.更多还原
