新村港水体富营养化与赤潮发生的初步研究
A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF EUTROPHICATION AND OCCURRENCE OF RED TIDES IN XINCUN HARBOUR
【摘要】 根据2006年7月陵水新村港赤潮监控区赤潮灾害全过程的监测结果和该海域全年常规监测结果,采用富营养化综合指标法、单项指标法和氮磷比值法对陵水新村港赤潮监控区富营养化水平进行分析。结果表明:在赤潮爆发期,麒麟菜和江蓠养殖区局部水体出现富营养化或过营养化;该区域在赤潮爆发初期和维持阶段叶绿素a和化学耗氧量含量比较高,在消亡阶段其含量明显降低。在常规监测时段,该海域多数调查站位水体中的氮磷比值都低于15,基本上处于氮限制状态;赤潮爆发后,水体中的氮磷比值快速升高至54~220,水体转为磷限制,随着氮、磷等营养物质被消耗,赤潮开始消退,随后水体又转为氮限制。
【Abstract】 Base on the monitoring data recorded during a red tide event in July 2006,Xincun Harbour,Lingshui and routine monitoring of this area throughout the year,eutrophic comprehensive index method,single index method and ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus were used for analyzing eutrophic level.The results show that during the event,it was eutrophic in the eucheuma and gracilaria culture zones;in the early and maintenance stages,the concentrations of chlorophyll-a an chemical oxygen demand raised but came down obviously in the dying stage.In the routine monitoring,the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus were less than 15 in the most of sites,it is restricted by nitrogen;but the ratio increased to 54~220 rapidly when the red tide outbreak,it turned to be restricted by phosphorus;as nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus were consumed,red tide began to fadeaway,then it became nitrogen restricted again.
