桥式起重机焊接CAPP系统的开发

【摘要】 简要分析了桥式起重机焊接工艺设计现状,根据其工艺设计原理,提出了一种基于数据库的焊接CAPP系统结构,并确定了系统总体框架及各模块功能。后台采用关系型数据库SQLServer建立相关数据库,前台运用具有强大数据库功能的Delphi7.0进行编程,开发出了一套桥式起重机焊接CAPP系统,用以实现起重机制造工艺设计。该CAPP系统可加快工艺设计速度和效率、提高设计质量和继承性,为工艺设计标准化和最优化创造了条件。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the status of the design of overhead traveling crane’s manufacturing process was analyzed. Based on the principle of process design, put forward a welding CAPP system structure based on data-base, definite overall frame of system and function of modular. Adopting relation database SQL Server to set up data-base and took Delphi7.0 as the system development tool, which developed the welding CAPP system of overhead traveling crane. The CAPP system could speed up the technological design’s speed and efficiency, and improved the quality of design and succession, and created the conditions for the standardization and optimum of the technological design.
