棕点石斑鱼胚胎发育的观察
Embryonic Development Observation of Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus
【摘要】 在观察了自然产卵的棕点石斑鱼胚胎发育过程的基础上,依据各个发育阶段的形态变化特征制订了系统的分期标准.棕点石斑鱼胚胎发育可划分为受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官发生和孵化6个阶段,共23个时期.比较同属其他石斑鱼的胚胎发育发现:不同种石斑鱼胚胎发育速率的差别可能与物种成鱼大小的差别存在一定的联系;石斑鱼卵子油球的状况可能作为卵子质量的参考.此外,养殖条件下棕点石斑鱼自然产卵有较强的规律性,这对其人工繁育和育苗有非常好的帮助.
【Abstract】 The embryos of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus collected by natural spawning are observed in detail. Based on the external morphological features, six periods including 23 stages of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus embryo are established, which are cleavage period, blastula period, gastrula period, neural period, organogenesis period and hatching period. The features of embryo development are consistent with those fishes of Epinephelus akaara, Epinephelus malabaricus and Epinephelus lanceolatus. The result indicates that the different of embryonic development rate in these groupers have some possible connections with its natural species size. For example, the embryonic development time of E. lanceolatus, a huge grouper, is longer than small groper E. akaara. The status of oil globule may be an evidence of eggs quality in groupers artificial propagation. Moreover, the self-acting spawning of E. fuscoguttatus, in culture condition, shows the preferable regularity. It’s helpful to artificial propagation and larva.
