【Abstract】 Currently,with the increasing prosperity of our country’s economy,undergraduates’ employment pressure has been alleviated.However,due to the year-by-year increase in undergraduates’ population and the dissonance between the social demand and undergraduates’ quality,the situation of undergraduates’ employment is still rather stern,which has aroused high concern in the state and high emphasis in colleges and universities.This paper tentatively explores the connotation of undergraduates’ employment competitiveness,influencing factors,and effective channels to promote such competitiveness.更多还原
