【摘要】 外籍教师为我国高职英语教育事业的发展以及英语技能型人才的培养作出了重要贡献。但外教质量的参差不齐、利用不充分和教学缺乏高职特色等问题都极大的影响了这一人才资源作用的发挥。本文通过分析外教资源在高职英语教育中的应用现状、作用和存在的主要问题,提出了三个方面的建议,第一,严把外教聘请关,确保高质聘请;第二,重视岗前培训,加强教学指导与监管;第三,积极为外教搭建平台,鼓励引入"竞争机制"。更多还原

【Abstract】 The foreign teachers have made great efforts on our national vocational English education. But the problems that some foreign teachers are low - quality,some can not be put to the best use and some lack higher vocational characteristics severely influence the exertion of this kind of human resource. Through the analysis of foreign teachers’ application status,functions and the existing problems,this paper raises three proposals. First,strictly manage the employment of foreign teachers in order to make sure the high quality. Second,pay attention to the pre - job training and strengthen the teaching guidance and supervision.
