裂解岗位苯乙酸回收工艺的改进

【摘要】 目的:通过对苯乙酸回收工艺的改进,使苯乙酸的质量完全达到青G发酵过程中前体的原料标准,而降低成本。方法:经多次试验,我们对原工艺的参数进行优化,并对苯乙酸钠溶液增加炭脱、Al2O3柱层析、再炭脱的处理。结果:得到的苯乙酸质量满足青G发酵生产的要求。结论:工艺的改进,取得明显的效果,保证了苯乙酸的成品质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the improvement of recovered process of phenylacetic acid,the mass of phenylacetic acid may reach raw material’s standard of preceding substance in Penicillin-G fermented process and reduce the cost.METHODS:Through much experimentation,we optimize the parameter of original process and increase decarburing 、Al2O3 columniation chromatographic analysis.Results:recarburing of phenylacetic acid sodium’s solution to receive Penicillin-G fermented process’s require.Conclusion:Through the improving the process,can gain obvious effect and en sure the mass of finished product of phenylacetic acid.更多还原
