红叶石楠扦插繁殖试验
Cutting propagation experiment on Photinia fraseri
【摘要】 以红叶石楠当年嫩枝为扦插材料,采取正交设计和方差分析的方法,对不同基质配方、不同扦插时间以及不同浓度ABT 1号溶液处理等,对其扦插繁殖成苗率的影响进行了研究,结果表明:采用黄心土与谷壳灰按1∶1混合基质,并掺0.2%复合肥,以ABT 1号100 mg/L溶液浸泡处理插穗1 h,其平均成苗率达93%。最佳扦插时间为5—6月。
【Abstract】 Taken the young shoots of Photinia fraseri as cutting materials,the effects of different substrate formula,cutting date and ATB1 concentration treatments on the seedling survival rate of cutting propagation were studied by means of orthogonal test and variance analysis.The results showed that,the combination of the substrate of loess mixed with rice husk ash with proportion of 1 ∶1,addition of 0.2% compound fertilizer and the cuttings soaked in 100 mg/L ABT 1 solution for 1 h,gave the average seedling survival rate of 93%.The best cutting time was during May to June.
