【摘要】 目的探讨认知行为干预对首发精神分裂症患者的作用。方法将120例首发精神分裂症患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,两组均给予利培酮治疗,观察组在此基础上给予认知行为干预,治疗3个月,随访6个月。两组患者在入组时及治疗后对治疗依从性进行对比,以及采用阳性与阴性症状量表、世界卫生组织生活质量量表及社会功能缺陷筛选量表分别于入组时及随访结束时进行评估。结果治疗后观察组治疗依从性好于对照组(P<0.01);随访结束时观察组阳性与阴性症状量表总分、阴性症状、阳性症状和生活功能缺陷筛选量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);世界卫生组织生活质量量表中生活质量总评、独立性领域以及社会关系领域评分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对首发精神分裂症患者进行认知行为干预可提高治疗依从性,有助于缓解其精神症状,提高生活质量及社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy for first-episode schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group(n=60) and the control group(n=60).All patients were treated with risperidone and those in the intervention group received cognitive-behavioral therapy additionally.The therapy lasted for 3 months.Then the patients were followed up for 6 months.Before and after the treatment,the treatment compliance was collected and compared between the two groups.Before the treatment and the end of follow-up,all patients were evaluated with Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS),the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-100) and Social Disability Screening Scale(SDSS).Results The treatment compliance was better in the intervention group than in the control group after the treatment(P<0.01).The cores of PANSS,negative symptoms,positive symptoms and SDSS were lower in the intervention group than in the control group after the treatment(P<0.01).The total scores of WHOQOL-100 and the scores of independence field and social relations field were higher in the intervention group than in the control group after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive-behavioral therapy can improve treatment compliance,alleviate psychiatric symptoms and enhance social functions and quality of life among the first-episode schizophrenia patients.更多还原
