【Abstract】 Objective: To ecplore the method and feasibility of rectal cancer operation by using laparoscopic dissector. Methods: Clinical date of 14 cases with rectal cancer,during a period from August to December 2009,were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the pationts operated apent the perioperative period safety and no complicated occurred. Operative time and medical spent were decreased.
