纳米磷酸铁锂的研究进展
Research development of nano-scale LiFePO4
【摘要】 锂离子电池磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)正极材料具有比能量大、工作电压高、循环寿命长、无记忆效应、对环境友好等突出优点,但LiFePO4本身低的电子电导率和锂离子扩散系数阻碍了其在生产生活中的大规模应用,而制备纳米LiFePO4作为电极材料并进行改性可以改善其电化学性能。本文主要综述了国内外合成纳米LiFePO4的不同方法及其电化学性能,并介绍了当前LiFePO4发展所遇到的问题,指出了锂离子电池今后发展的主要方向。
【Abstract】 Lithium ion phosphate(LiFePO4) as cathode materials for lithiumion battery has the advantages of high specific capacity,high working voltage,long cycle life,non-memory effect,non-toxicity,and so on.Because of low electronic conductivity and low Li+ diffusion coefficient of LiFePO4,its applications have been limited.Synthesizing nano-LiFePO4 with modification can be a way to overcome this shortcoming.The different methods of synthesizing nano-scale LiFePO4 and its electrochemical performances,the problems of nano-scale LiFePO4 in recent research have been summarized.The directions for future development of nano-scale LiFePO4 were predicted.
