基于委托代理理论的企业所有者与经理人合作决策模型

【摘要】 基于委托代理理论,分析了所有者与经理人双向的委托代理关系,从理论上构建了企业所有者与经理人合作决策模型,为研究所有者与经理人互相激励与约束机制提供了思路和途径。

【Abstract】 The principal-agent theory is used to analyze cooperation and competition between owners and managers,and points out that they are simultaneously the both sides of the bi-direction principal-agent relation.Co-operation decision model is set up in theory and provides a frame for bi-direction inceptive-constraint mechanism between owners and managers.
