【摘要】 目的了解深圳市罗湖区疫苗使用的安全性,分析影响预防接种副反应(AEFI)的因素,并针对这些因素提出相应的护理对策。方法根据辖区51间预防接种门诊的2009年预防接种副反应月报表及预防接种副反应个案调查表,对罗湖区2009年1-10月份的预防接种副反应进行调查分析。结果2009年1-10月全区开展预防接种疫苗共29种,共接种653559人次,出现接种副反应75人次,接种副反应发生率为11.48/10万。结论罗湖区2009年使用的疫苗安全性和耐受性较高。正确规范的使用安全、高质量的疫苗和做好预防接种护理的各个环节是减少预防接种副反应的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the safety of vaccines and make better nursing policy to diminish the adverse events following immunization by analyzing the factors that affect the effectively of vaccination.Methods Investigation on the side effects of vaccination in Luohu district during January to October in 2009 was performed. The investigation was based on the monthly report form about adverse reaction and case study result of individual with adverse reaction during 2009 in 51 vaccinate outpatient services.Results 29 types of vaccines were used during January to October in 2009 in Luohu district,only 75 individuals were reported with adverse reaction among the total 653559 immunized people. The rate of adverse event is 11.48/10x104.Conclusion The safety and tolerance of the vaccine were high in Luohu district during 2009. It is of great importance to use safe and high quality vaccine. The process of the vaccination need to pay highly attention on decreasing adverse events.更多还原
