3β,5α,6β-三羟基-3-取代甾体硫酸酯钠的合成研究
Synthesis of Some Sodium 3β,5α,6β-trihydroxysterol-3-sulfates
【摘要】 甾醇硫酸酯钠盐化合物由于其独特的结构特征和特殊的生理活性引起人们越来越多的关注.该文从天然存在的甾醇化合物1a-1c出发,经过环氧化、水解得到3,5,6-三羟基甾体化合物2a-2c,然后利用三乙胺-三氧化硫复合物进行硫酸酯化,并通过阳离子(钠型)交换树脂进行Na+交换得到目标产物5α,6β-二羟基-3-取代甾体硫酸酯钠盐.3b-3c是文献中未见报道的新化合物.
【Abstract】 The sulfated polyhydroxysterols greatly attract the attention of organic chemists and biomedical scientists because of their unusual and interesting structures. The sodium 3β,5α,6β-dihydroxysterol-3-sulfates (3a-3c) were synthesized via oxidation with H2O2 and hydrolyzed,then reacted with the triethylamine-sumgur trioxide complex treated by Cation exchange resin 732 (sodium form)(Na+) using natural 1a-1c as raw materials.
