猪圆环病毒2型PCR检测方法的建立及应用

【摘要】 根据GenBank登录的PCV2的保守序列,设计1对引物,建立了PCV2的PCR检测方法。试验结果表明,该PCR方法敏感、特异,适于临床样品检测,为PCV2的临床诊断和流行病学调查奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 According to the conserved sequence of PCV2 published in GenBank, a pair of primers for amplification of PCV2 specified fragment was designed and a PCR assay for PCV2 detection was established. The results showed that the PCR was sensitive and specific, and useful to detect the clinic samples. It was helpful for clinical diagnosis and epidemiologic survey of PCV2.
