【摘要】 当前沿海开发已经成为经济全球化的必然趋势,我国面临着东部沿海再次开发的热潮。本文通过分析国外沿海开发的成功案例,归纳出三种不同发展模式;结合当前我国滨海地区开发现状背景和对滨海城市建设特点的分析,针对发展路径选择、滨海城市带的构建、产业发展与引导、滨海城市空间发展、生态保护和旅游开发五个方面,分别提出了对我国滨海地区开发建设的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Costal region development has become an inevitable trend of economic globalization,China’s eastern coastal area facing re-development in future.This paper analyzes the success examples of international coastal region development,and concludes three different development models.Through reviewing eastern coastal area development background and analysis of the characteristics of coastal city construction in China eastern,this paper concludes several enlightenments,including the urbanization path selection,coastal city-belts construction,industrial development and guidance,coastal urban space grow,ecological protection and tourism improvement.更多还原
