白黄笋顶孢霉对几种植物病原真菌的拮抗作用

【摘要】 对1株从马铃薯干腐病罹病薯块上分离得到的砖红色轮枝菌状真菌进行了形态观察、分子鉴定、生物学特征分析及多种植物病原真菌的拮抗作用研究.结果表明:该菌为白黄笋顶孢霉(Acrostalagmus luteo-albus),最适生长温度20~25℃,最适pH值为6.该菌对马铃薯块没有致病性,对硫色镰刀菌、草莓鲜壳孢、西瓜壳二孢、立枯丝核菌、茄链格孢、嗜果刀孢及芸薹生链格孢有明显的抑菌或溶菌作用.

【Abstract】 A fungal collection was obtained from potato tuber infected by Fusarium sulphureum. This collection produced abundant condia, verticallate conidiophores, and brick-red colony. Inoculation test showed that it was non pathogenic to potato tuber. Morphological characteristics and molecular identification indicated that the fungus was Acrostalagmus luteo-albu(Link: Fr)Zare,W. Gams & Schroers. The results of antagonistic test showed that the fungus was fungistatic to Fusarium sulphureum, Ascochyta citrullina, Rhizoctonia solani, Alternaria solani, Zythia fragariae, Clasterosporium carpophilum,and Alternaria brassicicola. Kinds of phenomenon were observed: hyphae, conidiophores and condia of the tested pathogenic fungi were enwound, discoloured, cracked and collapsed.
