【摘要】 目的:研究DAZ基因突变和男性不育的关系。方法:应用多重PCR的方法检测50例男性不育患者和100例正常男性Y染色体DAZ基因。结果:50例男性不育的患者中发现有3例染色体异常,有6例有DAZ区微缺失,正常男性对照中未见DAZ区微缺失。结论:DAZ基因缺失是导致男性不育的一个重要的原因;临床对男性不育患者进行DAZ基因的检测有助于确认男性不育的类型,为患者的临床诊治提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relations between DAZ gene mutation and male infertility.Methods:Multi-PCR method detected 50 cases of male infertility patients and 100 healthy men,the Y chromosome DAZ gene.Results:50 cases of male infertility patients(three cases with 47,XXY chromosomal abnormalities in patients with) have found six cases of missing DAZ-zone,not in the normal male-DAZ area missing.Conclusion:DAZ gene-deletion is a major causes of male infertility.Clinical DAZ gene testing can confirm the type ef male infertility,clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients can provide a reference guide.更多还原
