银铜钒合金耐磨损性能研究

【摘要】 对AgCuV合金进行耐磨损性能试验,研究了V颗粒大小及分布形态和不同V含量对AgCuV合金的耐磨性能的影响。研究结果表明:合金中V颗粒细小且弥散均匀以及提高V的含量,有利于提高合金材料的耐磨损性能;AgCuV合金的磨损机理为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。

【Abstract】 The effects of the particle size,distribution form and content of V on the wear resistance of AgCuV alloy have been studied.The results show that the wear resistance can be improved by using fine particle,even and high content of V in the alloy.The wear mechanism of AgCuV alloy is abrasive wear and oxidation wear.
