【摘要】 《城乡规划法》在规划体系上将城镇规划和乡村规划分列,确立了乡村规划的法定地位,但也提出了新的挑战。基于城乡统筹、协调发展的要求,以及我国乡与镇交织发展的现状、乡村治理结构变化等复杂背景,依法实施乡村规划需区分乡规划与镇规划的编制要点,修订现行的村镇规范与标准;建立差异化规划指引体系;乡村规划的制定和管理必须与当前我国乡村治理结构改革相适应,完善相应的法律体系等。更多还原
