PVA-PEO碱性聚合物电解质的制备与表征

【摘要】 通过溶解-铸膜法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)-KOH-H2O碱性聚合物电解质膜,并向电解质中加入聚氧化乙烯(PEO)来提高离子电导率。X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FT-IR)结果表明,PEO的加入一定程度上降低了结晶度,薄膜处于无定型态。扫描电镜(SEM)表征结果显示薄膜呈非均匀网络微孔结构。交流阻抗结果表明,该薄膜室温离子电导率在mPEO/m(PVA+PEO)=0.2时达最大,为2.78×10-2S/cm。循环伏安结果表明该薄膜具有较好的电化学稳定性。

【Abstract】 An alkaline composite poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)-poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) electrolyte membrane was prepared by a solution-casting method.PEO was added to improve the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte.X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) results show that the addition of PEO reduces the crystallinity of PVA.The membrane shows an amorphous phase.Scanning electron microscope (SEM) reveals that the membrane forms a three-dimension network structure with many small pores.Electrochemical impedance spectra results show that when the weight ratio mPEO/m(PVA+PEO) is equal to 0.2,the electrolyte’s ionic conductivity exhibits the highest value,which is 2.78×10-2 S/cm at room temperature.The result of cyclic voltammetry indicates that the polymer electrolyte membrane has promising electrochemical stability.
