交流电源用电涌保护器的实用简化电路
Practical Simplified Circuit of Lightning Protective Device Installed on AC Power Lines
【摘要】 通信系统供电电源线路中广泛应用电涌保护器以抑制系统中频繁出现的雷电过电压,为克服传统的电涌保护器在提供过电压防护的同时也存在着使用器件过多、体积偏大等缺点,对现有典型电源电涌保护器的电路结构进行简化,提供了一种简化电路。根据保护器中核心器件气体放电管的实测动作特性建立其仿真模型并用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对现有的和简化的两种保护器电路的雷电暂态响应分别进行了仿真分析。实测了组装的保护器实物的雷电冲击瞬态响应。实测与仿真结果对比校验的结果证明了简化电路具有较好的保护性能,能够取代传统的电涌保护器电路。
【Abstract】 Traditional lightning protective devices have the shortcomings of too many components and bigger size etc in supplying protection.Aiming at these shortcomings,we first simplified the circuit of the typical surge protective device,supplying a simplified circuit.By means of the measured discharge characteristics,a simulation model was set up for the key component of the surge protective device,i.e.the gas discharge tube.On the basis of the model,PSCAD/EMTDC software was used to perform a simulation analysis for the lightning transient behavior of the two circuits of traditional and simplified surge protective devices.Meantime,surge protective devices were assembled and the lightning impulse experiments were made to obtain its transient responses.The measured response results were compared with the corresponding simulation results to confirm the validity of the simulation model.The results verify that the simplified circuit has the better performance and can replace the traditional surge protective device circuit.
