换流变压器阀侧套管出线装置绝缘分析
Development of Insulating Technology of Valve-side Outlet Device in Converter Transformers
【摘要】 换流变压器绝缘最关键的部位是由套管及纸板围屏系统组成的阀侧出线装置。为此,在分析直流电场特点的基础上,回顾了换流变压器出线装置绝缘技术的发展历程,指出以前广泛采用的油端带瓷套的套管出线装置在结构上存在缺点,因而在工厂试验和运行中频发故障。现今的绝缘结构可大致分为两类:一类是环氧树脂浸纸(干式)套管配合绝缘覆盖均压电极和多层异型围屏系统;另一类是无瓷套油浸纸套管配合无绝缘覆盖均压电极和多层直筒围屏。为进一步发展高压、特高压换流变压器出线装置绝缘技术,未来发展的方向是优化绝缘结构和降低绝缘不确定性。建议融合两种结构优点,开发新的出线装置绝缘结构。为减小绝缘不确定性,还应对出线装置各绝缘件材料的特性参数及其工艺控制方法,以及对电场计算和试验要求等问题进行深入研究。
【Abstract】 The most important part of converter transformer insulation is the valve side outlet device,which consists of bushing and surrounding barrier system.In this paper,based on the characteristics of DC electric field,the development state and history of insulating technology of converter transformer outlet device are reviewed.It is pointed out that formerly used bushing outlet device with ceramic housing at oil end has defects in its structure,which frequently cause failures in factory test or under operation.There are mainly two types of insulation structure,one is resin-impregnated paper busing mating with insulation coated grading electrodes and multilayer allotype surrounding barrier system,another type is oil impregnated paper bushing without ceramic housing mating with grading electrodes without insulation coating and multi-straight surrounding barrier system.To improve the insulating technologies of high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage converter transformer outlet device,the insulation structure should be optimized and the uncertainty of insulation should be reduced.It is advised to combine the advantages of the two structures and to develop new outlet device insulation structure.
