某裂缝增荷钢筋混凝土梁板的加固补强

【摘要】 针对某商场钢筋混凝土梁板配筋不足,裂缝贯通,梁板强度不足,新的使用功能要求将荷载由350kg/m2提高到600kg/m2的情况,对结构进行了技术鉴定和复核计算,有针对性地对梁板裂缝灌注结构胶进行补强,封闭;受拉、受剪区粘碳纤维布;受压区粘钢板。楼板顶部受拉区粘碳纤维布,做C30细石混凝土叠合层。在商场楼板增荷前后对井字梁挠度进行了观察,挠度正常已不变化,实现了损伤结构的补强和增荷改造加固。该加固补强方法可供类似的工程参考应用。

【Abstract】 According to the problems of a store structure,such as insufficient reinforcement of reinforced concrete beam,the transfixion of cracks,insufficient strength of beam and slab,and live load increasing from 350kg /m2 to 600kg /m2,the store structure is inspected and calculated.The cracks of bean is pured with structural glue,tensile area and shear area are pasted with carbon fiber sheets and compression area is pasted with steel plate.The tensile area of slab is pasted with carbon fiber sheet and laminated layer with C30 fine concrete is made.The deflection of cross beams is normal and not varied by measured before and after increasing load of slab,which indicates that strengthening for the injured structure with cracks and increasing load is achieved,and the strengthening method can be used in similar projects.
