基于ARM的履带起重机力矩限制器系统设计
ARM Based Design of Moment Limiter System for Crawler Cranes
【摘要】 介绍履带起重机力矩限制器系统的应用发展现状,分析履带起重机力矩限制器系统的基本原理,指出履带起重机力矩限制器系统的关键技术。设计基于ARMCortex-M3内核的大吨位履带起重机力矩限制器系统。对硬件系统的设计、履带起重机力矩限制器非线性算法及应用软件系统的设计等进行了研究;对臂架系统的受力和非线性变形问题进行分析;提出二次曲线分析法,并对该方法进行了仿真论证与试验验证。二次曲线分析法是一种较实用的分析方法,能够较好地实时计算履带起重机的实际幅度和载荷,对履带起重机力矩限制器技术的发展有一定的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Present application and development situation of moment limiters on crawler cranes are described.Basic principle of moment limiters on crawler cranes is analyzed and key technologies of the moment limiter systems are pointed out.A moment limiter system based on ARM Cortex-M3 kernel is designed for large tonnage crawler cranes. Hardware system design, nonlinear algorithm of the moment limiter and the design for applied software system are all researched.Loading on boom frame system as well as nonlinear deformation problem are analyzed.A conic analysis method is presented, and simulation discussion and test verification of the method are conducted.The conic analysis method is a kind of practical analysis method.With it, real luffing and loads of a crawler crane can be calculated in real time.All these feature some instructive function for the development of moment limiter technology of crawler cranes.
