【摘要】 针对当前土地整理效益评价过程中存在的问题,基于可持续发展理论及项目区实际,构建了涉及经济、社会及生态的综合效益指标体系。在此基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)及模糊综合评价方法展开相应的分析,并结合江苏省高邮市土地整理项目进行评价应用和检验。在取得初步评价结论的基础上尝试利用GIS技术及生态效益理论对定性评价进行深度分析,并提出了解决问题的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit related to economy,society and ecology was constructed based on sustainable development theory and local conditions according to problems existing in comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation at present,analyzed by analytic hierarchy process method and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,applied and tested in comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation in Gaoyou city,Jiangsu province.The qualitative evaluation was deeply analyzed using GIS technology and eco-efficiency theory based on preliminary evaluation and program was put forward to solve the problem as well.更多还原
