微波加热法制备Ag2WO4复合抗菌剂的研究
Preparation of Composite Ag2WO4 Antibacterial via Microwave Process
【摘要】 本文采用微波加热法制备Ag2WO4抗菌粉体,试验表明,利用微波法制备Ag2WO4抗菌粉体,制备时间缩短、粒径减小、抗菌效果提高。XRD分析表明,Ag2WO4粉体具有良好的高温稳定性。将所制得的Ag2WO4与氧化锌及二氧化钛按重量比1:1:0.5的比例复合,制得Ag2WO4复合抗菌剂,并直接添加到卫生瓷釉中,添加量为3%~5%。经检测,所制得卫生瓷样品的吸水率为1%,外观无明显缺陷、色差及失真,抗菌率达98%以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Ag2WO4 antibacterial powder was prepared using microwave heating method.The resuhs showed that Ag2WO4 antibacterial powder prepared in this way had smaller size,excellent antibacterial effect and less preparing time,and also had high temperature stability.Composite antibacterial agent was synthesized through mixing Ag2WO4 with ZnO and TiO2 in proportion as 1:1:0.5.The sanitary ware sample whose glaze was added 3%~5%composite antibacterial agent had no obvious glaze disfigurement or color shading,and the antimicrobial rate reach to 98%.
