有机海泡石对甲基橙吸附性能研究

【摘要】 本实验以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性海泡石为吸附剂对甲基橙模拟印染废水的吸附性能进行研究,探讨吸附时间、甲基橙初始浓度、有机海泡石用量、溶液pH值和反应温度对吸附量和脱色率的影响。得出优化工艺条件为:吸附时间120min、初始浓度为100mg/L、有机海泡石用量为1.0g/L,pH值为5,温度为30℃。结果表明,有机海泡石对甲基橙的吸附量比原矿和酸活化海泡石有显著提高,且符合Langumir等温吸附式。

【Abstract】 Adsorption of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide-modified sepiolite to methyl orange from aqueous solutions was studied.The effect of contact time,initial solute concentration of methyl orange,the dosage of organic sepiolite,pH value and temperature on the adsorption of organic sepiolite to methyl orange were investigated.The optimization conditions of adsorption of organic sepiolite were as follows:contact time was 120 min,initial solute concentration of methyl orange was 100 mg/L,organic sepiolite dosage was 1.0 g/L,pH=5,the reaction temperature was 30℃.From the results it could be concluded that the amount of methyl orange adsorbed by organic sepiolite was significantly enhanced than raw-and activated-sepiolite.And the adsorption isotherm for methyl orange accorded with the Langumir equation.
