【摘要】 目的探讨盐藻软胶囊对实验小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法受试物用植物油混悬配制后供实验用。将160只小鼠随机分成5组(盐藻软胶囊低、中、高剂量组,油基对照组和阴性对照组),低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予0.2、0.4、0.6 g/k.gBW的胶囊内容物,油基对照组给予植物油,阴性对照组给予蒸馏水。30 d后检测小鼠的体液免疫、细胞免疫。结果高剂量组明显提高血清溶血素含量和抗体生成细胞数量(P<0.05)、高剂量组明显增强二硝基氟苯诱导的迟发型超敏反应和ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05)。结论盐藻软胶囊具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study whether natural dunaliella salina soft-gel has immune effect on experimental mice.Methods Mice were divided into five groups randomly,low dose group(0.2 g/kg.bw),middle dose group(0.4 g/kg.bw),high dose group(0.6 g/kg.bw),oil control and water control group.The content of natural dunaliella salina soft-gel was dissolved in plant oil,and given orally to mice in three dose groups for 30 days.After 30 days,the function of humoral immunity,cell immunity were determined.Results The number of antibody forming cells and the content of serum hemolytic antibody in high dose group were significently increased(P<0.05).The response of delayed hypersensitivity and the proliferation of T lymphocytes by the ConA stimulation in high dose group were greatly enhanced(P<0.05).Conclusions Natural dunaliella salina softgel has the effect of improving the immune function of mice.更多还原
