【摘要】 对湘潭发电有限责任公司600 MW超临界压力锅炉采用的HT-NR3型旋流燃烧器内、外调风叶片角度、调风盘、分级风门、氧量、磨煤机投运台数对锅炉效率的影响进行了试验研究,指出了锅炉效率低的原因是排烟温度、飞灰可燃物偏高及煤粉细度粗等。通过改善煤粉细度,合理优化配风方式等措施,使锅炉效率提高了2%,达到91.4%。

【Abstract】 Experimental tests were carried out to the HT-NR3 cyclone burner of a 600 MW supercritical pressure boiler in Xiangtan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,so as to study the influence of inner and outer air blade angle,air register,air door,oxygen amount and operating number of coal pulverizers on the boiler efficiency.The problem of low boiler efficiency was found to be caused by high exhaust gas temperature,high combustible content in fly ash and large size of coal particles.By reasonably improving the fineness of coal particles and optimizing air distribution,the boiler efficiency now reaches 91.4%,i.e.2% raised.
