【摘要】 目的观察依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮终止中期妊娠的临床效果及安全性。方法选择孕16～27周自愿终止妊娠并行依沙吖啶引产的健康孕妇200例,随机分成两组,观察组用依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮口服终止妊娠,对照组用单纯依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射终止妊娠。观察两组宫缩发动时间、宫缩至引产结束时间、引产总时间、出血量、胎盘胎膜残留量及软产道损伤情况。结果观察组引产总时间短,产后出血少,胎盘胎膜残留量少,软产道损伤小,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依沙吖啶羊膜腔内注射联合米非司酮口服终止中期妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效、快速的终止妊娠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the labor-inducing effect of combined use of mifepristone and rivanol amniocentesis in mid-preg nancy.Methods Two hundred pregnant women of 16-27 weeks indicated for induced labor were studied.The subjects were divided into 2 groups,experimental group and control group.The women in experimental group were orally given mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol;while in control group,women were simply treated by amniocentesis injection of rivanol.Two groups were compared with each other on launch time of uterine contraction,duration from uterine contraction occurrence to abortion accomplishment,total duration of abortion,bleeding quantity and placenta membranes residual quantity and complication.Results Total duration of abortion in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,bleeding quantity and placenta membranes residual quantity in experimental group were less than those in control group,the result was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol is an effective,safe,simple and quick method.更多还原
