【摘要】 目的了解青藏铁路沿线近年来鼠疫流行态势,为今后鼠疫防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2003～2008年青藏铁路沿线鼠疫监测结果和人间鼠疫疫情处置资料,应用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果2003～2008年青藏铁路青海境内沿线动物鼠疫主要发生在格尔木市唐古拉山乡、天峻、乌兰等地区,共分离鼠疫菌60株;检出鼠疫FI抗体阳性血清54份。发生人间鼠疫疫情6起,发病6例,死亡2例,病死率33.33%。结论青藏铁路青海境内沿线鼠疫防治形势严峻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understanding of the Qinghai-Tibet railway popular trend in recent years,plague,plague prevention and control work for the future to provide a scientific basis.Methods Collected along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway 2003 to 2008 plague surveillance and outbreak of human plague in the disposal of information,the application of epidemiological methods described for analysis.Results 2003 to 2008 along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway in Qinghai animal plague the territory mainly in the city of Golmud Tanggula Township,Tianjun Ulanova and other regions,a total of 60 Yersinia pestis isolated;FI detection of plague-positive serum 54.6 human plague epidemic,the incidence of six cases,two cases of death,mortality 33.33%.Conclusions Territory along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway in Qinghai plague prevention and control situation is grim.更多还原
