【Abstract】 The paper analyses major factors influencing the library’s internal communication,focuses on three aspects such as individuals,departments,organizations,and points out that it is viewed as the primary means of communication within the library.This paper elaborates internal communications strategy within the library from five areas: to foster communication mechanism within the library;provide an effective channel of communication;to establish improve the communication system;to enhance internal vertical to communication channels;and to set up an internal appeals channel.更多还原
