【摘要】 世界一流大学已成为我国不少高校的建设目标。从师资结构角度分析部分世界一流大学师资队伍现状,可以看出,世界一流大学具有年龄结构均衡、学历层次高、职称结构合理、学源结构合理的特征;可供借鉴的世界一流大学师资队伍建设的主要经验是,建立良好的评估机制和激励制度;提供优惠条件,吸引高顶尖人才;重视学科建设,为教师创造良好的科研平台;营造良好的学术环境和学术氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 World-class universities provide referential experience for the construction of Chinese universities.This paper makes an analysis from the angle of teaching faculties of some world-class universities,pointing out their characteristics of balanced age composition,high academic qualification,rational proportion of professional titles and different educational backgrounds.This study shows that the optimization of the teaching faculty of Chinese universities must depend on the following conditions:establishing a good evaluation and impetuosity system,providing preferential treatment,attracting top research talents,emphasizing disciplinary construction and ensuring a favorable academic atmosphere.更多还原
