分区电网限流运行方式的综合决策方法

【摘要】 提出一种分区电网限流运行方式的综合决策方法。首先简化寻优,在尽量保持电网结构完整的前提下,以加权短路电流灵敏度系数为判据,快速寻找较优的限流运行方式可行方案集;然后细化评价,考虑短路电流水平与系统稳定性之间的相互制约关系,基于网络分析法建立分区电网限流运行方式的评价模型,通过模糊综合评价从可行方案集中确定最佳限流运行方式。综合决策优先度考虑了短路电流水平、暂态电压安全和静态潮流分布的影响,对分区电网限流运行方式作出了系统、全面、定量的决策。以济南电网为例验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。

【Abstract】 An integrated decision method of operation schemes for limiting short-circuit currents in district grids is presented. This method starts with the process of simplified optimization. Under the premise of the integrity of power grid, the superior set of feasible alternatives for limiting short-circuit currents is rapidly sought based on the weighted sensitivity. Then, the detailed evaluation is implemented. Considering the relationship of short-circuit current level and system stability, this paper establishes an evaluation model based on analytic network process. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the optimal scheme can be determined from the set of feasible alternatives. Considering short-circuit current level, transient voltage security and static power flow distribution, the integrated decision priority represents the systematic, comprehensive and quantitative assessment. The feasibility and practicability of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of Jinan power grid.
