基于双目立体视觉的压缩机塑料零部件逆向工程应用
Applied Study of Binocular Stereo Vision in Reverse Engineering for Compressor Plastic Part
【摘要】 通过自设计双目立体视觉工作平台,利用相关技术提取压缩机塑料零件的三维信息,试验中采用张氏平面标定法对摄像机进行内、外参数标定,利用边缘匹配算法与基于视差梯度的算法相结合,对三维信息进行提取,最终获得了可加工的数字模型.
【Abstract】 A binocular stereo vision work platform is designed using relevant technologies to extract the features from the measured point data of the existing compressor plastic parts.The inside and outside parameter calibrations are conducted,and three-dimensional information is extracted by edge matching algorithm and disparity-gradient-based algorithm to obtain the digital processing model.
