【摘要】 目的:分析不典型骨髓炎的临床X线表现,以提高其诊断符合率。方法:收集40例经确诊的不典型骨髓炎病例,结合文献进行分析。结果:不典型骨髓炎的临床X线特点是:①大都无明显急性病史和全身症状;②病变范围局限;③病变部位特殊;④病变征象单一;⑤病变形态特殊。结论:对本病的诊断应在骨髓炎共性的基础上,分析临床、X线表现及各种X线征象间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestations of atypical osteomyelitis via X-ray for increasing diagnostic rate.Methods:To collect 40 diagnosed cases of atypical osteomyelitis and to combine with current literature to make an analysis.Results:Atypical osteomyelitis of the clinical X-ray features were:(1)the majority has neither systemic symptoms nor history of acute illness;(2)pathological changing region was limitation;(3)pathological region was specific;(4)the signs of pathology change were single;(5)the pathological form was specific.Conclusion:The diagnosis of this disease should be based on common properties of osteomyelitis,and be combined with analysis of clinical examination,as well as the various X-ray findings.更多还原
