600MW超临界循环流化床锅炉可行性研究
Feasibility Study on 600 MW Super-critical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
【摘要】 在研究总结国内外循环流化床机组发展状况的基础上,针对循环流化床锅炉的特点,分析了600MW超临界循环流化床锅炉的主要技术问题,从超临界循环流化床锅炉蒸汽参数选择、水动力特性分析、磨损问题的改进、冷渣器的选择等方面,对其可行性和可靠性进行研究探讨,供业主在装机方案选择时参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the research on the development of domestic and international CFB units,this paper analyzes the key technical problems of the super-critical CFB boiler and summarizes its design characteristics.The feasibility and reliability of this kind of boiler is studied in terms of the parameter selection,the hydrodynamic characteristic analysis,the improvement of abrasion problem,and the selection of ash coolers,which can provide a reference for selection of power plant installation schemes.
