【Abstract】 According to the problem of the criterion of liability in the area of environment crimes in PRC criminal law,the paper focused on whether the principle of strict liability in Anglo-American criminal law may be applied in the environment crimes prescribed in PRC criminal law.By comparing the two different legal systems,it concludes that the suitable method is to adopt the principle selectively but in a Chinese legal perspective.更多还原
